Our 5K/10K cycle-based program is geared toward specific 5 and 10K races and is suitable for beginners aiming to run their first race as well as more experienced runners looking to improve their 5K time or push themselves to the 10K distance.
At a minimum you must be able to run 2K continuously prior to program start.
