The cycle-based "Bridge" program bridges the gap between half and full marathon training cycles and focuses on recovery followed by a gentle re-build in order to maintain fitness prior to training for your next race.
The success of your next training cycle heavily depends on how effectively you use downtime between cycles. Effective race recovery is crucial, but it is equally important to maintain a certain level of baseline fitness in order to see the most improvement from one season to the next.

Custom Training Plan Option: We also offer custom training plans for cycle-based members. This will involve an initial assessment to determine your running history, current fitness level and goals, which will be used to create a personalized training plan to accommodate your personal schedule and lifestyle.
There are no minimum fitness or experience recommendations. This program is highly encouraged for anyone who has recently completed a training program and/or intends to start a training program in the near future.
